The International Workshop on Numerical Linear Algebra with Applications was held in honor of the 75th birthday of Prof. Robert Plemmons, on November 17-18, 2013, Hong Kong. This workshop was sponsored by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University.
